Tired of soft drinks? Wanna try something else? Terrific drink with carbonated taste?

My name is Thai Luong. I've been working in some Vietnamese restaurants for about 1 year. While I'm working there, I realize that there are so many good foods and drinks a lot of people out there never try before. So I want to share you some of my experiences and show you how to make some good, fresh and new drinks. Special drinks that you'll never find anywhere else besides Vietnamese restaurants. It's very simple and feeds your thirst well.
The first drink I would like to share you here is my favorite one: Plum Soda. This is a very highly carbonated drink compares to any other soft drink. How does it taste? Fresh, salty, a little sour and sweet. If you have your ingredients ready, you can make this drink in less than 1 minute! The ingredients are: plum can (available in any asian market), blank soda can and sugar. All you have to do is mix them together: 2 to 3 plums, plum juice, sugar, ice and then soda comes last. Stir your mix, and enjoy the drink!
Now that you know how to do Plum Soda, you should also know how to make Soda lemonade. The proceed is basically the same but instead of plums you use lemons.  It tastes exactly like Lemonade but extremely carbonated. I bet you have tried soft drinks like 7-up, Sprites, and Mist... They are all soda lemonades generally speaking but they are not. You should drink a mix of lemon juice, sugar, ice with blank soda all together and compare with those soft drinks. You will see a big different! It has deeper taste and more fresh. The trick is you don't pour the blank soda into the glass of ice, sugar and lemon juice until when you're really going to drink it. Plum Soda uses the same trick.
These 2 drinks are my favorite ones. In my restaurant, they are very popular. I hope you will try and enjoy them. There are more coming in the next blogs: Soda Milk Egg, Avocado Pennyworth Milkshake, Orange Mint Tea, 3 colors bean and more...
